At BorealDrip, we strive for excellence in every piece we craft. Due to the limited nature of our drops and the designer quality of our apparel, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure exclusivity and quality control.
1. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Exceptions for Major Defects: Returns or refunds will only be processed if the item has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., major fabric tears, structural failure). Minor variations in distressing or texture are part of the designer aesthetic and are not considered defects.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos at contact.borealdrip@gmail.com.
2. Size Exchanges

We understand that the perfect fit is essential. We accept Size Exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the new size.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Pre-order" are not eligible for exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
