1. Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Pre-order Items: For items marked as "Pre-order" (e.g., BUMPER 25 FW), please refer to the specific estimated shipping date on the product page. These items will ship as soon as they become available.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $300 CAD.

• International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–21 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• BorealDrip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs office for potential charges.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Please note that some carriers may have limitations on delivering to certain remote regions (e.g., specific areas in Manitoba or Saskatchewan). If we encounter any issues with your delivery address, our team will contact you directly to find a solution.
