Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to "Pre-order" purchases (such as the BUMPER 25 FW collection). By choosing a purchase option, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-order Cancellations

• Window for Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Post-24 Hour Period: After 24 hours, orders are sent to our production team. At this stage, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds, as the item is being specifically reserved or manufactured for you.

2. Changes to Pre-orders

• Size Changes: We allow size changes within 48 hours of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact contact.borealdrip@gmail.com immediately for any modifications.

• Shipping Address: You may update your shipping address any time before the shipment confirmation email is sent.

3. Fulfillment of Pre-orders

• Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. While we strive to meet these dates, BorealDrip reserves the right to adjust timelines due to production or logistics delays. You will be notified via email of any significant changes.

4. Payment

• Payment for pre-orders is collected in full at the time of checkout to secure your item from the limited drop.
